“Dear Caregivers at Sherman Hospital:
I am writing this to you to inform you of my experience with Sherman Hospital and its staff of care givers. On February 23, 2009, I had a radical prostatectomy performed by my urologist, Dr. Khanna, at Sherman Hospital. While I had confidence in your hospital staff, all who I came in contact with exceeded my expectations. From the first nurses, assistants, and the anesthesiologist doctor who prepared me for the surgery; to the nurse who first spoke to me in recovery, attentively placing an oxygen mask on my face; to the attendant who transported me to my room and to the nurses who attended to me on all three shifts; to the doctor who administered anesthesia checking daily on me; to those checking my vitals; to those bringing me my meals.
The courtesy extended, the patience, the professionalism and the dedication of your entire staff could not have been more exemplary than that which I had experienced. I have been familiar with Sherman Hospital for many years. This past experience of mine just substantiates my confidence in the excellence of your staff.
Thank you – all of you!”
