I was admitted to your facility on December 4, 2011 following an episode later diagnosed as a Transient Ischemic Attack. I came in via ambulance from Sherman Immediate Care on Randall Rd and stayed overnight in the Stoke Care Center. Quite honestly, most of the events leading up to the time I was finally discharged is still a blur.

However, what I do remember well is the excellent care provided by all staff members of your facility. I was given the name of physicians and specialists who tended to my care in the discharge instructions packet and will make time to thank them directly.

My purpose in writing to you is simply to commend all members of your staff for making my stay and the overall incident much less stressful. In particular, I want to focus attention on three nurses; one I believe is Flo, another Missy and a third RN working the night shift from Dec. 4, into Dec. 5, all responsible for excellent, attentive and compassionate care. I feel very fortunate to have received such competent, professional care and attention which no doubt has contributed immensely to a shorter and successful recovery phase. Great nursing care certainly helped me and my family better deal with an event so full of uncertainty.
